Roadmap

Release 7.2, March 2009
--User check is only local db – does not check Ahsay server
--Even if CC for whmcs is yes, it will still not process immediately – minor logic is needed to add one flag to the whmcs API call. CC still helpful when user is logged in and pays with one click.
--Billing reconciliation is needed. If unpaid, you have to manually suspend / delete. The database already captures this. Need some php code to call it out on a schedule and execute.
--Move include/xoops.js into module to get closer to Xoops native
--Hide wording on top of pricing page is user is anonymous

Release 8, No Date
--Add Using Query Directly to Server. This supports existing Ahsay servers. IE, someone who has a 100 users but is just buying the API.

Requires admin to first create Xoops accounts if assigning to more than admin.

1 Admin runs query
2 Script compares user accounts on backup servers versus existing entries in website db.
3 Display a row-like report for administrator that can be edited and imported
3.1 Backup account name
3.2 Dropdown for which owner to assign
3.3 Optional Promotion code
3.4 Dropdown for what client (OBM / ACB) to use.
3.5 Read only of other parameters. IE, Quota, Modules (Exchange, mailbox, databases, in-file, shadow copy, etc)

--E-mail modify is one way – portal to Ahsay

Release 9, No Date
--Admin option to use GB based plans (current)
--Admin option to create unlimited account size, then bill based on average monthly usage plus any additional modules like Exchange.

On the Radar - No Shedule and/or Funding
Download Module
Local access file module. Need the ability to create a section that gives them local access to a folder (unique to them) where they can download files....the obm files. Building this into the portal will allow us to create their exe's and drop them into their folder on the obs and be done with it. They want to download their win32 file at a customer site or manage that customer it's all done in one portal.

Example:
--Add portal user joe.
--Assign him to the following:
--registered
--joe (create group per user)

The module is configurable for local files download (IE, http access is not possible unless logged into system).

Subuser
One more level of user added to the actors area. They can add and amend accounts in a particular account but can not delete. These would be the technicians of the resellers and this would allow them basic maintenance rights and the ability to install but not remove so that still leaves the owner with the ultimate control.

Reseller of Reseller
Able to set up a unique reseller to sell to his OWN resellers at the pricing they set and not base pricing.

Workaround:
We are going to configure the portal, when we are all finished, to run unbranded so our resellers can sell to resellers themselves and if they are at a customer site they can use it without our name being out there.

Daily Report from System
Daily Report. Lots of API, code, and e-mail. Unknown if all requests are supported by API. Becomes complex with accounts with more than one backup set.
